Dr. Paul Trauttmansdorff, Technical University of Munich

Paul Trauttmansdorff is a postdoctoral researcher in the social studies of science and technology. He is based at the Chair for Philosophy and History of Science and Technology, located at the School of Social Sciences and Technology, Technical University of Munich. His research focuses on how bodily data is produced, valued, circulated, and stored, and how these practices shape forms of knowledge and governance in areas such as security, borders, surveillance, and medicine. His publications include The Digital Transformation of the European Border Regime (2024) and Technopolitics and the Making of Europe. Infrastructures of Security (2024).

Nathalia Uribe, Technical University of Munich

Nathalia Uribe is a Master’s student assistant at the Chair for Philosophy and History of Science and Technology at the Technical University of Munich. She currently assists the Friedrich Schiedel Fellowship Program for Technology in Society, contributing to research on the social, political and ethical implications of facial recognition technologies in medical and healthcare contexts.
